Lisa Krane was born in Atlanta, USA, in 1986. Her family relocated to Germany when she was six. After studying one year at the University for the Creative Arts (UCCA) in Cantenbury, UK, she attended the Academy of Media and Arts in Cologne. During her studies she also spent a semester at the National Film and Television Institute in Accra, Ghana. “The Universe In Us” is her short film. She currently lives and works in Hamburg.
